It went smoothly

It was for the most part easy. There were a few questions I did not understand but other than that it was easy.

The directions for filling the form are very clear and simple.

The process was very user friendly and easy by providing detailed instructions. And also, the personal consulting I got when I called was very kind and helpful. Thank you!

I had to call customer service for assistance and the agent who answered the phone was very helpful and courteous!

Just curious if things like gas, vehicle maintenance, household goods (tp, shampoo...), clothing and other necessities are added into your calculations.

Difficult understanding that you had to pay first. Once that was figured out it was extremely user friendly.

It required a lot of concentration and time.

This just isn't down my alley. I worry too much about every question and knowing what it means.

Our net income is artificially inflated in comparison to what we actually have available to spend, when deducted retirement benefits are counted as income.

Being self employed, this was difficult as we don’t know our income month to month. We also have a lot of write offs.

Filling out the printed form before imputing online was a great help in this process.

My husband and I don't understand how there is a cost to fill out a financial aide application when the reason someone fills one out is because they are in need of financial help.
